At Lenovo, I played a key role in supporting B2B marketing at the national level, closely collaborating with the marketing department. My responsibilities included planning and executing quarterly activities, managing net budgets funded by both Lenovo and strategic partners (AMD, Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Google), and justifying their use locally and regionally.

After defining plans and available resources, I coordinated initiatives with advertising, public relations, and telemarketing agencies, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and approved activities. Managing mixed budgets was challenging, as it required balancing the ecosystem’s brand directives effectively.

For B2B events, I oversaw logistics, detailed schedules, and the collection of databases reflecting activity outcomes, delivering clear reports to the company and strategic partners. I also contributed to activities promoting the company’s goods and services in collaboration with wholesalers, governmental entities, and other key stakeholders.

Lenovo’s Role at Andicom 2023

Andicom is the largest TIC conference in Latin America, where top brands come together. In the 2023 edition, I, alongside my department, supervised the successful execution of all activities. During this edition, the partnership between Lenovo as a technology provider for DreamWorks was highlighted, and the Senior VP of Communications from DreamWorks attended the event.

Lenovo Client Update Event: A Day of Technological Insights

I organized a Lenovo update day for clients to share the latest trends in AI, big data, and financial solutions. The event included two sessions: one in the morning with Grupo Aval and another in the afternoon with Grupo Bolívar. Topics covered included AI, predictive analytics, and security. Speakers included Juan Paz, Nicolás Prieto, and David Rodríguez. Attendees were professionals from companies such as Vmware, Nutanix, Davivienda, Scotiabank, and Axa Colpatria.

The Lenovo Revolutionize Your Potential event, in strategic partnership with Intel, showcased the innovative features of the new Lenovo Workstations. Attendees first participated in an experiential talk to learn about the product’s capabilities, followed by a speed test on a go-kart track where winners received exclusive prizes. The event concluded with a gastronomic experience designed to recharge participants, offering an excellent opportunity for networking and strengthening connections with the Lenovo brand.
